October sees our first Health & Vitality Workshop take place. On the 13th October our four night, five day programme starts.
The workshop includes five days of cooking classes, talks and hands-on learning about food and health. Whether someone has a specific ailment, wants to lose weight or simply want to improve health in general, the workshop will give the knowledge and skills to allow this.
After a personal health orientation participants will learn:-

Which foods should you avoid?
The healing properties of foods
Dispelling the myths about food
Understanding and controlling cravings
Food and drinks for natural weight loss
How to fit a healthy diet into a busy lifestyle
Finding healthy alternatives to your favourite foods
Our experts will work with participants during the workshop to
put together a four week personal meal plan that is tailored to their needs, designed to suit personal health and lifestyle circumstances.
The workshop includes accommodation, all meals, teas and beverages, talks, cooking classes, natural remedies classes, menu planning, exercise classes and the personal four week meal plan.
